The Sunday Times has today revealed that 2 January 2011 is the new "hot" departure date as many private schools in the UK don't start the new term until January 10 so parents are taking advantage of the lower prices for the week after New Year week. |

2010/11 - the traditional YSE end-of-season week in Val d'Isere will be from Sunday 24 April (with a YSE flight and transfer) until Monday 2 May (when we will provide a transfer to Geneva). YSE |

2010/11 - As Easter is so late next season (Sunday 24 April 2011) YSE will be running a normal week from 17–24 April with YSE flights at both ends, and transfers to and from Val d'Isere. YSE |

2009/10 - Val d’Isère really showed this winter why so many people hardly bother to ski anywhere else. The snow was fantastic right up until the end on May 2. The pistes were better groomed than ever, neither the slopes nor the lifts felt crowded. YSE |

We are taking bookings for 2010–11 with a £25 per bed deposit. Our brochure will be published in July/August and the full deposit of £150 per person will then be due. YSE news |

Next year (2011) we’ll stay open longer and go out with a bang, with a final eight-day week ending on Monday 2 May. The STVI haven’t decided yet whether to close on 1 or 8 May. We hope it’s the former, so our guests can witness the Final Funi. |

After a fantastic 2009/10 ski season in Val d'Isere we are pleased to say that YSE is already well-booked for 2010/11. Half term for almost every UK school is Feb 20-27, coinciding with many European countries so availability everywhere is limited. YSE |
